Delivery information

We pride ourselves on our prompt delivery service. All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch within two working days of receipt of order for the standard delivery option. A signature may be required on delivery so please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address, i.e. home or work. Someone needs to be in to sign for the parcel otherwise it may get returned to 2LoveMy and delay the receipt of your order.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs vary dependent on weight and destination. For the UK, under 1kg is charged at £3.50 and will be posted via Royal Mail which will take 3-7 working days (not tracked). Orders over 1kg is charged at £7.80 and will take 1-3 working days to arrive (courier tracked).

Other available UK delivery options that we have are:

Next day service (1 day) which is charged at £15.00
Next day delivery arriving by 10am which is charged at £25.00 (if you order before 2pm)
Saturday delivery which is charged at £35.00 (if you order before 12pm)

Please note: next day orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday or the next working day (in case of Bank Holidays) unless Saturday delivery is chosen. 2pm cut off for all next day services and a 12pm cut off on Friday for Saturday Delivery.

Failed or missing deliveries

Orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the designated courier or postal service will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect. If you do wish us to place a request that goods are left in a safe place on your property in your absence, or with a neighbour please note 2LoveMy cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these goods.
Please allow for 7 working days to pass before reporting your order as missing.
Please contact us either via email or call us on 01772 780000 between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) to report a missing item.

Cancellation Of An Order Prior To Despatch:

To cancel an order prior to dispatch you must contact us immediately and any payment taken by debit/credit card will be refunded.

General Returns Policy:

Any goods purchased from the 2LoveMy online store can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days from delivery of goods to you (i.e. this being the day you signed and received the goods). All goods returned to us for exchange or refund must be unused and complete in its original packaging with any labels, plastic wrap, seals and tags intact. Please note that any goods returned to us that have anything missing or are damaged in any way will not be refunded.

To return goods to us you must contact us in writing. You will need your order number and delivery details which will be found on your invoice. (We will not accept any return without a valid returns reference) We will email you a returns form that you must complete and include it in the returns package. When returning goods to us; if the order is of high value we strongly recommend that you choose a method of postage that requires a signature/proof of postage. The goods are your sole responsibility until they are received by us.

Please note that all packaging and postage costs for sending and returning goods remain your responsibility and under no circumstances will these costs be reimburse to you unless this was agreed in writing by 2LoveMy and this will only be agreed in the most extreme circumstances.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the goods have been received and check. We endeavour to refund within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any interest payments incurred if refund takes place beyond your credit/debit card payment date. Refund processing time by our payment gateways & your bank are not included in the refund time estimate.

Returns Faulty Goods:

All of our goods are thoroughly checked and cross checked for faults prior to despatch. All Packaging is carefully selected to ensure that your goods reach you in good condition.

If you receive a package that is damaged you must contact us immediately, please also insist your courier makes a note of any damage that you can see.

Please contact us immediately via email stating the fault.

When returning goods back to us that are faulty, the mode of return will be agreed when you before you ship the goods back. A valid returns reference must accompany any returned products so it can be identified correctly.

If you have to return goods because they are faulty we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
